Terms and Conditions for Canteen & Cafeteria

• The canteen shall operate from 6:30am to 9:00pm on all working days. Any changes will be notified in advance.

• Only students, faculty, and staff of the college are allowed to use the canteen facilities. Visitors must seek prior approval.

• Maintain cleanliness at all times; dispose of waste in designated bins.

• The canteen will provide hygienic and fresh food at reasonable prices.

• Complaints regarding food quality should be reported to the management immediately.

• Digital payments and cash transactions are accepted. Any credit facility is strictly prohibited.

• Students must maintain decorum while in the canteen. Loud music, shouting, or any kind of nuisance is prohibited.

• Ragging or misbehavior will lead to strict disciplinary action.

• Tables and chairs should not be moved without permission. Unnecessary loitering inside the canteen is not allowed.

• Smoking, alcohol, and any illegal substances are strictly banned. Cooking or bringing outside food into the canteen is not allowed.

• Dispose of plates, cups, and waste in the designated areas to maintain cleanliness.

• In case of emergencies, follow the instructions given by the canteen staff or college authorities.

• Violation of any rules may lead to fines, suspension of canteen privileges, or other disciplinary action.

These rules are subject to change as per the college administration’s discretion.
