Mrs. Navya Shashidhar brings a transformative vision to Sri Venkateshwara Education Foundation, the governing body of Sri Venkateshwara College of Engineering (SVCE), Bengaluru. With a strong commitment to academic innovation and institutional excellence, she drives initiatives that align the college with global educational standards while addressing the evolving needs of India’s engineering landscape.

Mrs. Navya Shashidhar is also an entrepreneur with extensive experience in building and managing ventures, bringing a spirit of innovation and agility to her leadership style. She holds an Executive MBA from the University of East London, UK, and a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from Bangalore University. She has experience in leadership, strategic planning, and modern educational governance, which continues to inform her dynamic approach to institutional development.

She adopts a forward-thinking approach to administration, blending global best practices with the values and expectations of Indian academia. She believes in fostering a culture of continuous learning and institutional integrity at every level. Her leadership encourages innovation in academic delivery, while also emphasising transparency, collaboration, and long term institutional growth.

Under her leadership, SVCE has placed greater focus on strengthening academic processes, fostering faculty development, and creating a student-centered learning environment. She envisions the college as a platform that nurtures confident, ethical, and future-ready engineers equipped not only with technical knowledge, but also with the mindset to adapt, grow, and lead with integrity.
