A separate full-fledged Training & Placement Cell has been established @ SVCE since its inception.  The Institute has provided complete infrastructure for effective functioning of the cell.  A well-organized placement cell is functioning in the Institution with a fulltime dedicated Placement Head, who continuously monitors the employment potentials and arranges the campus interviews for the students. The Placement Head maintains a consistent communication with the leading MNCs for placement of the students. The office keeps close liaison with various industrial establishments both private and public sectors.

The Cell has made significant progress from the day one and has been successful to equip students on Technical Skills, [C Programming, C++ & Java Training Modules] Hands on Training sessions with application oriented concepts and lab tests, Communication Skills, Group Discussions & HR Interviews..    CEOs & Head Recruiters of a choice of Multi-National Companies were invited on various occasions to have a long standing relationship between Corporate & SVCE.  Training & Placement Cell has tie up with some major Companies to add on values towards the growth of the Institution to increase the brand image by way of setting up of “Centre of Excellence” & “Incubation Centers” at the Institution Campus.  We also arrange Internships for Students that help them to gain exposure, business best practices, work culture and several other nuances of the world of works.  Internships also help students network with Industry people.

Today’s competitive work environment, Corporate demands a student with good interpersonal skills, team building skills, leadership qualities, creative skills, negotiation skills and ability to manage time, stress and crisis situations, accordingly we equip our students and also we conduct Company specific training programs, so as to meet the Corporate expectations.  Further, we focus on an activity-based courseware which includes games, role plays, questionnaires, Resume Writing, Mock Interviews, Mock GD, Mock Online Tests and are taken up to instill confidence in the students and prepare them for their Employability and Life Skills.  This unique feature facilitates our students to have a cutting edge in all fronts and also initially, to build confidence in the students, business correspondence, effective vocabulary, presentation skills, etc.
